Management is only out to advance themselves in their careers. Employees are held back from promotions because they're told they are the "best"at the job their doing so advancement is rare. Bonuses and raises do not exist and if they do they are way below market standards. The equipment is old and antiquated which makes it difficult to carry out your job most of the time. I spent so many years here expecting to advance my career but it was a complete waste of time. Luckily a employee who left the company took me with them to a real tech company.

Low pay and benefits. Very little opportunity for advancement. Knowledge gained isn't marketable outside the organization or its subsidiaries.
