      Work you to death for little pay

      Somewhat local and OT adds up.

      Cons

      Low pay, high out of pocket cost to work. You supply everything. Radio, boots etc. At the end of the day you work constantly for very little on the hour and the company slowly creeps in the hours and travel distance until you find yourself working and traveling 90-100 hours a week.
