      The only pro was the people I worked with. Not the upper management the grunts who actually did work

      Everything. This place is poorly managed. No one knows what goes on from day to day except the dispatch crew. All you get is lies and empty promises and pay cuts

      I am surrounded by extremely supportive coworkers. Everyone is always willing to help and they always have great attitudes toward the work they do, the people we work for and those we work with! I am so glad I found ECM!
