      Pros

      Electrical is an interesting market and products.

      Cons

      Most of the leadership is terrible - nobody who works there respects them. Stop with all the fake continuous improvement projects. There are too many projects and meetings and never enough time to do our actual jobs. Warehouse has been screwing the same things up for years. Lots of gossip in the office.

      New Building, clean in the office.

      Cons

      If you are a female NO MATTER YOUR TITLE you will be the department secretary. Also if you are of Childbearing age GOOD LUCK from Leadership down they will seem supportive but they are NOT... You will keep your title BUT LOOSE responsibility and chance for growth with your first kid. Already have kids - sorry but work comes and family second (unless you are upper management). HORRIBLE work life Balance HORRIBLE Leadership HORRIBLE Growth Opportunities for Females
