      Pros

      Electrical is an interesting market and products.

      Cons

      Most of the leadership is terrible - nobody who works there respects them. Stop with all the fake continuous improvement projects. There are too many projects and meetings and never enough time to do our actual jobs. Warehouse has been screwing the same things up for years. Lots of gossip in the office.

      Great people, great products and great leadership! I can't say enough about the quality of the people and products at ECM! The focus on customers and employees truly sets ECM apart! Pay is better than market with outstanding bonuses!

      Nothing much to be honest

      Cons

      Very disorganized management. Management will lie to your face and they don't care. Saturday overtime galore. Management doesn't care about your family, especially if you work in the warehouse.
