      Pros

      I have been working at ECMD for many years in corporate. Everyone is very welcoming and easy to work along with. The benefits offered are phenomenal, including retirement and the ability to hold company shares.

      Cons

      We are getting there in terms of technology optimization. This aspect is improving rapidly.
