Pros

Pay is competitive, and achievement is rewarded. The college invests in technologies and classroom resources pushing us to help our students. Clearly this college is admitting better students. They are mature and prepared to work hard for their success. I'll take that over aptitude any day.

Cons

The classroom pace is fast, but it does seem that students stay engaged better that way as procrastination will lead to failure.

Pros

Great dedication to helping students gain real skills that will get them real jobs. A sense of a "shared" mission to help students better themselves.

Cons

Dealing with outsiders who assume all for-profit schools are the same. ECPI University has high standards .Some people come here with the wrong attitude and then get all negative when it doesn't work out. Most of the people I work with are happy and dedicated.
