Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that some members of our management team have made a positive impact on your experience. We also understand your concerns regarding compensation and leadership decisions. We are always looking to provide competitive pay to our employees. Your comments about frontline input are especially important. In addition to ongoing conversations, we gather feedback through our annual employee survey, which helps inform leadership decisions and identify areas for improvement. We are also continuing to explore ways to strengthen everyday communication so employee perspectives are more consistently heard and considered.

Pros

One gets a livable wage, tuition assistance and health benefits.

Cons

Too much office politics, favoritisms, exclusion, retaliation and they talk about the students (badly) behind their backs.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you find value in the compensation, tuition assistance, and health benefits we offer. At the same time, we take your concerns about workplace culture very seriously. A respectful environment—both for employees and for the students we serve—is a core expectation, and the behaviors you’ve described do not align with our standards. We are committed to addressing concerns related to favoritism, exclusion, and professionalism. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding management training. We actually do have the ECPI University Leadership Institute where we develop strong and effective leaders is a priority, and we continue to invest in leadership development. In addition, we gather input through our annual employee survey to better understand where additional support and training may be needed.
