If you are an individual contributor, you will do very well at ECRS. Employees are expected to solve problems, innovate solutions and increase operational excellence on a daily basis. Every day brings new challenges to tackle with ample opportunities to learn.

Cons

If I had any major cons, I wouldn't have worked here for 10+ years. Meetings can pile up, priorities get shifted, and things break. Anywhere that doesn't happen sometimes sounds pretty boring.
