The branch and department management was terrible, there was often a lack of oversight and a gross lack of training. I was only successful at my job because I took time outside of work and paid for courses. There are pay raise incentives to do courses and get qualifications, however in the year and a half I worked there I never received a single pay raise for certifications or cost of living. They don't care about their field employees or project managers.
