Getting certifications is easier, but even other companies started to do the same thing.

Cons

The pay is extremely low. If you want to climb the ladder forget about it, especially if you are an immigrant. The team leader will cut your hours without informing you. They do not care about technicians, they will keep train new batches because it's tax deductible and they are happy with it (I am talking about the Chantilly office).
