Why would ECS management feel obligated to log in under the disguise of various logins and post positive reviews? Probably because it is difficult for them to hire any talent after prospects read the reviews on here. This is definitely a website that provides great feedback to prospective employees.

Cons

The previous reviews are not the "rants" of former employees but are just their observations. They all seem pretty accurate to me.

Lots of flexibility and diverse projects.

Cons

Small offices, so hopefully you get along with everyone, but definitely not for people who like offices with 50+ people in them.
