Not a Company To Make a Career

Pros

Enjoyed some of the people I worked with over the years. Promoted junior staff to participate in marketing. Decent benefits (health/ESOP/dental/vision/401k)

Cons

No loyalty to mid to senior level employees. Bonuses not achievable in most offices in spite of assurances of management. No appreciation of staff contribution at management level.
