Great growth opportunities, wonderful people, and flexible schedule within reason. ECS is a company that takes care of its employees.

Cons

They work you to death. You could work upwards to 60 hours a week multiple weeks in a row, and if you have 1 week with 40-45 hours, you can get backlash for not working enough hours.
