I started working for ECS in 2014, completely new to the industry. It was tough to start but with hard work, perseverance and taking the time to learn my job right, was the ticket. I have since moved up in the Company and am learning new things all the time. ECS is very safety conscious which is very important to me. I have found ECS to be very supportive in many ways including providing great benefits. My work peers are like family to me where we are always there for each other, willing to do what it takes to get the job done. We enjoy taking on challenges and bringing them to resolve, which ECS recognizes and appreciates in many ways. I truly enjoy working at ECS and if you are lucky enough to join our Team, you will be working in a safe, friendly, supportive, hardworking and fun work environment.

10+ years working for ECS and to this day there is not one day I wake up with that dreading feeling of having to go to work. There is room to grow with this company, I started an entry level position, now I am in management. ECS is even helping further my education by paying for my tuition. The medical benefits surpass any benefits I have ever had with previous employers. we are really Tight Knit group, truly make you feel like you are family. They show appreciation to all the hard work and dedication every step of the way.
