Great team, great opportunities for growth, lots of certification options, amazing training program, lots of work during the summer and winter, reliable, great HR. A company that cares.

Cons

You have to provide your own transportation to the sites, and the base pay is on the lower side

Mileage reimbursed No oversight, so you can basically get away with anything you want (really a con though)

Cons

Very few company vehicles Little room for advancement Hours dependent on weather Low pay Training is inadequate: you are trained by people who didn't get trained properly, and you will continue their legacy Work can be lonely and dull
