A lot of room for growth with each certification you get.

Cons

Work hours vary every week, if you are new it is most likely you won't have enough hours. And there is less work during winter.

Lack Depth and Wreckless Practices

Pros

Large projects and ability to develop a diverse base for the resume. ECS secures some of the best projects through their relationships and size.

Cons

Support structure is lacking. IT systems are absolute failure. Management has turned a deaf ear to employees and surrounds themselves with those who tell them what they want to hear. Disproportionate pay for billable employees compared to non billable employees.
