Pros

Great place to work with plenty of opportunities to gain experience in multiple different fields. The work is always different.

Cons

Most of the time, you must provide your own transportation. Many times the wear and tear on your personal vehicle can outweigh the extra compensation for mileage.

Great benefits and lots of opportunity for professional growth if you're patient, diligent and have a good attitude. They promote from within, so hard work is rewarded, and you'll learn a ton working here.

Cons

Long hours consistent with the demands of consulting in the construction and development industries, but there is some flexibility; Hard work is rewarded, but you have to be patient.
