You work by yourself but the pay is awful.

Cons

Poor pay, poor benefits, poor scheduling, HR lady is very rude, project engineers are very stuck up to their technicians. Overall they treat their employees badly but they buy pizza on Fridays I guess.

A good start if you are out of college to experience real-world projects. You can expand your networking and use it as a step in stone.

Cons

you need to work and deal with very unprofessional people in the office. If you are an immigrant with an accent, no matter how talented and educated you are, you will not get anywhere in this company.

The people are nice. The hours are really good in the spring and summer. They pay for certification training and have pretty good benefits

Cons

No company truck, the pay is lower than other companies in the area. This office is constantly hemorrhaging techs, likely due to low pay and use of personal vehicles, but refuses to do anything about it. This makes the job more exhausting for the remaining techs
