Great Project Management team and some intelligent and experienced personnel. Flexible management style with open door policy and freedom to express opinion

Cons

All of the systems are stuck in 1982. The board do not realise the value of modernisation, procedures and personal development.

Good people. Good learning opportunities. Will generally pay for most certifications and training.

Cons

No assigned company vehicles for technicians (you will use and tear the heck out of your own vehicles!). No guaranteed number of hours per week (i.e., no guarantee you will receive full time hours even if they tell you you are full time). Field reports done off the job site are really done "off the clock". The employer does not want to pay for the time to do field reports if you are not able to do them on site where they can be billed to a client.
