Business Outlook
Pros
Fantastic benefits, great people, you get lots of overtime hours in the summer months. This is a great place to work but the hourly pay is low, there are good people who care, great employee activities.
Cons
Low pay, hard to reach engineers or project managers for answers despite having cell phone numbers, equipment is not kept in good shape. Pay raises linked to training my first year I wasn't offered any new training despite asking.
