Pros

Exposure to clients and others that are important in the industry by through marketing and exisiting client relationships.

Cons

Project quality sometimes appears second seat to marketing and bringing in new clients. Very little emphasis on engineering. High turnover rate and low moral for new employees (0-4 years).

Pros

They focus on employees succeeding. Lots of training at different levels. a good culuture with flexibility and understanding of having a balance between work and family. A fast growing company with lots of opportunities too advance. Lots of computer tools for engineers and professional staff to make jobs easier than other companies I've worked for. A lot of good people who have worked there a long time.

Cons

can be stressful during the busy summer months. some of the training is either outdated or poor quality.
