Great team building within each department/office. This is a great place to start out because everyone is willing to teach you something new. My office has been great with teaching the new hires how to do everything step by step, and they are very kind and welcoming.

-I work in one of the smaller offices of ECS (It escapes a lot of the bureaucracy) -It is a casual office and we are like a family here - My schedule flexibility is good. The managers and techs here typically work 50-60 hr/week. -We can do lunches occasionally and just yesterday got ice cream, etc. -Training and reimbursements (good for experience & building up your resume) -I deal with corporate a lot and they tend to be helpful most of the time. -Listing this in positive and negative, growth depends on your office... techs: talk to your Admins (seriously, we are happy to help- at least I am). For Example: We had a tech that was working towards a degree & was interested in a certain field that wasn't available with our office. I called up my contacts and was able to do an easy transfer to a higher position (instant $7/hr raise for him there). Just communicate!
