Good people. Good learning opportunities. Will generally pay for most certifications and training.

Cons

No assigned company vehicles for technicians (you will use and tear the heck out of your own vehicles!). No guaranteed number of hours per week (i.e., no guarantee you will receive full time hours even if they tell you you are full time). Field reports done off the job site are really done "off the clock". The employer does not want to pay for the time to do field reports if you are not able to do them on site where they can be billed to a client.

The place is a dump, horrible people at corporate office, totally unprofessional, gossip mongers and dysfunctional

Project Managers and Engineers are very helpful. Management tries to understand technicians.

Cons

With that said, No room for advancement; Odd working hours due to co-worker not wanting to get up for early pours; No company cars; not guarantee 40 hours work week especially during winter
