They produce a quality product.

Cons

No work life balance. People would quit and management would push more responsibilities on existing team without compensation or any intent to hire more staff. Manager would be annoyed whenever asked a genuine question. The office in general expected the most of the staff but would not equip them with the right tools, space, or team members.
