Company benefits as others companies.

Cons

Long work hours as a salary employee, using your PTO time without your permission, quality of technicians and coordinators are so bad, hiring then firing many people as needed.

No training structure, pay is terrible, they work you relentlessly then wonder why turnover is so high. Not worth the pay

Some really great folks work at ECS. I enjoyed the people I connected with in the trenches.

Cons

Parochial attitude. Slow to evolve. High turnover. Massively lacking in CSR, diversity, and sustainability initiatives. Hard to know what the company stands for outside of making a buck.
