Pros

The mileage reimbursement adds up nice and is nontaxable. Cool people for the most part. Overall independent working environment. Good for entry level and people wanting to get into the industry.

Cons

No guaranteed hours , rain = no $. Very noncompetitive pay rates. They claim to value you like family but you're easily replaceable and just another #. Highest turnover rate of any company I've worked at by a long shot. Inadequate training. My way or the highway vibe. List goes on . . .

The people that work here from the field personnel to the president are aligned to succeed in the goals of customer service and engineering excellence. So many opportunities to move up for those that have that passion for the work and their career.

Cons

You won't be able to coast or be handed your success. You have to be a self-starter and put in the work.
