the people are nice and maybe you get a shot to move up in the company unless they hire new people into positions that you would move into.

Cons

Low Pay! I mean really low. They expect you to work an inordinate amount of hours for an obsurdly low salary.

During winter months they will try to find you some hours wherever they can You spend a good amount of your time on the job doing nothing They will take anyone for this job, and they will do anything to not fire you

Cons

You have to use your personal car to move your equipment and drive to work You are rushed through training as they don't have enough workers Other cmt companies pay their techs way better Values are low-priority for management
