Senior environmental project manager
Pros
The few local personal were awesome. Unfortunately all but 2 either quit or were fired by upper management for no reason.
Cons
Terrible upper management. No local upper management...ALL located out if state. My senior manager consistently made decisions that negatively impacted my role, to the point I was doing NO project management, but instead had been relegated to nothing more than a field technician role. He repeatedly sent me negative and condescending emails, even though other upper management gave me positive feedback and atta-boys. He has no clue. Of the 6 other people employed at the location in the last 6 months, all have quit or been fired, leaving only 2 remaining employees. ..one of which has been there less time than I was.
