      Pros

      Certification policy allows techs to personalize their everyday work and get paid more to do so. If you want to succeed and grow, they will give you the support and tools you need.

      Cons

      Hours are variable which can be frustrating, but this is standard for the industry. ECS Austin offered training sessions and lab work during slow periods to compensate.

      they give you the opportunity even if you dont have the experience but requires a lot of self learning apporach. benefits and compensation pretty decent.

      Cons

      lack of certifications and investment on professional development. they want you to stay more than 8 hours every day. even if you finish your job and meet all your deadlines on time. Not a good culture of work life balance.
