Pros

Benefits. 401k and PTO, probably on par with what other companies offer. There is no accountibility, at all. Get settled in and you can call out of work, anytime. No one is fired or disciplined, ever. Show up, and nothing can go wrong. If you're not looking for actual work, there are plenty of rain days where you can stay home. Nobody above you breathing down your neck. Management is too busy with things that aren't important to keep track. No one cares.

Cons

No one cares. No room for advancement. No incentives for all the certifictions you might want. No more pay, no more money. Nothing. You drive your own vehicle. Company is cheap. You will spend more in gas and repairs on your own vehicle. ALL other companies provide a truck, but you'll be expected to pay your own gas and business insurance. Not worth it. On jobs, you'll get nails in your tires and offroad. They won't pay for repairs. Management lies. You'll be told what they think you want to hear. They'll tell you anything to keep you happy. As long as it doesn't mean you get a raise, or a bonus. You will train other people to take over your work. If you know what you're doing then you're punished for it. Bevause you are too valuable doing regular work, there is nowhere for you to move up to. Nothong new to learn anf nowhere to go. There is a lot of gossip. Office people are allowed to do anything. Pay is low. You have to threaten to quit to get what yoy want. No one cares.

Pros

The pay was decent. This could’ve been a great job if it were not for management and lack of training.

Cons

Instead of sending you to Corporate or a different office for training for two weeks, they try to do everything through Teams, which does not work out very well. Starting me late for my training by two weeks did not help either. In my opinion, I was treated worse than I have ever been treated in my career by my branch manager. I was told by Corporate that he had cultural differences, and I had to deal with it. I was literally told that culturally, I should know that he didn’t think fondly of women or respected them. I was yelled at and told not to speak, in a closed office with the door shut. This is my opinion and this is what I went through. The manager came to me and told me that my job should only take 15 hours a month and that he did not understand what I did all day he made me write down everything I did, and put it on my timesheet every 10 minutes, every 15 minutes , every half an hour etc … I spoke up and asked why was I hired as a full-time employee and that’s when everything went wrong. I was even told that I should get my notary and then told that I could not study for it or take the test during work hours. My position was new to the office and he was concerned about my pay coming out of the overhead. I was never included on any office meetings and was expected to know what was going on with the office without being included. I was blamed for an employee, not filling out paperwork that I asked to do several times, even told their supervisor on a daily basis, called their supervisor every morning and asked them to get this completed Or the office would be fined. I even expressed my concerns about this employee because they were recently Demoted . I went to management corporate management at that and told them about my experiences, telling them what I was going through and was told do not worry we will be following up with you and they understood because again the cultural differences they stated. There is so much like I could say, and I have waited to write this review because my experience was so degrading and I did not want to put something in here out of line and again I could say so much more.
