DEI hiring people hired in high leadership roles that are not qualified and intense pressure on the good employees! No work life balance and leadership talks to staff very disrespectful and inappropriate! Micromanaging, highly toxic culture, manipulation, and dishonesty! Good hard working employees are unhappy and leaving the organization due to the toxic environment!
