slow pace, friendly people (at least to your face), fexible schedules, you dont have to keep uptodate on current things

Cons

sr. management claims to want to improve or grow, but they strongly fight against new ideas or those that dont agree with their outdated ways, if youre good at kissing butts youll do fine, the miracle is that they still provide fairly average care

Pros

If you're a nurse you have plenty of autonomy. Largest employer that is close to the beach. Great college in the city.

Cons

If you're in any other field other than healthcare worker such as IT, Accountant, etc...etc....there's not enough jobs to move up. Over-saturated area for anything other than direct healthcare workers.

Job security, some employees are fun to get along with but some are complete snakes.. There is bonus checks given out sometimes..

Cons

At times the employee parking situation is terrible, the pay raises suck, some fellow employees will try and get over on you..
