Pros

Beautiful state-of-the-art facility with lots of wonderful employees. Plenty of opportunity for advancement and great benefits. It's definitely a community within a community. Plus sushi in the ECHI cafeteria if phenom. Close to the beach. Best place I’ve worked by far!

Cons

There is always room for growth and improvement. The application process is a bit of a headache; however once you get through, the customer service is excellent. It's a big campus so you will more than likely have to walk far or ride the bus.
