Pros

Mid tear management is excellent on most part. Care about patients, employees and people in general.

Cons

Questionable upper Administration management. Parking is a hot mess and they have done nothing to fix it. Pay isn't great. Pay is not nearly keeping up with inflation and again they aren't attempting to fix it.
