Nothing to add to from the review from the 11th Dec 100% true "There was 300% turnover of staff , it was like a revolving door. Nobody stays in Group IT for very long. The Senior management have very little idea about managing staff. They rule with an Iron fist. In my experience, I felt bullied and their tactics are intimidating, with threatening behaviour to towards their staff and I also found the blame culture off the scale. There is absolutely no motivation, no training and a complete lack of investment in regards to Group IT staff.
Exit interview are constantly ignored by HR as EVERYONE repeatedly complains (it is simply brushed under the carpet, no doubt filed in the wastebasket).
There is NO work life balance. You work VERY long hours with NO OVERTIME including weekends and bank holidays. The Core values are simply lip service. NO respect, NO Collaboration. Just found this place to be VERY, VERY unpleasant place to work in. BEWARE!!"
