      iT is easy to grow in the company, the people is very easy going and work hard all the time

      Cons

      The salaries are not very good in comparison with the rest of the industry and sometimes the inside processes are a bit disorganized

      Pros

      Global Trading Company that is very multi cultural. Trading desks/teams are generally small. Still very much a bonus driven company (profit distribution is questionable).

      Cons

      Zero effort made to develop a corporate identity. Work culture is very individualistic and political. Lost in terms of overall strategyu and implementation.
