      Good working place, nice people. The working enviroment in Brazil is really good and you

      There is no salary policy at all confusing people and making them think about leaving the company. The company is technologically backward. Investment approval policy is stopping important initiatives which would allow company to go bigger.

      Pros

      I like the intimate feel of teh comapny, it is still small enough to know all the main players and yet is a major global player in Commodities and Capital Markets. The people have been great and easy to work with, very friendly atmosphere. Seniro managers really know tehir stuff and inspire confidence. Compared to other companies I have worked for Man is fast to respond and to make decisions. Financial growth has been impresive while I ahve been here.

      Can be rather unstructured and light on processes and policies.
