Cons
- Terminate employees in probation when there is no project, even in case if the employee has worked in project for 5 months and last month no project. - The leaves are applied automatically and considered that as part of notice period during termination. - Experience people are recruited just to train the freshers and terminated. - Opportunity to search another project within the organization is not given. - Some part of agreed salary is with held to provide that after the completion of probation, this is a trap. - Don’t care about employee situation. - No meeting happens with HR, and the project manager behaves as if he don’t know the employee. - The company is projected as big and stable in their home page, and also explained during interviews, but finally the future of employee is decided by a project manager and a team lead. - Even weekends are allowed to work.
