Good people around makes the environment nice . Salary is alright.

Cons

Be ready to work at least 10-12 hours in a stressed environment. Don't expect any bonus for your extra time or extra effort. If any new project comes you have to cancel your plans because of less no. of members in the team and poor management.

1.Flexible working hours(but usually long) 2. Good friendly culture 3. Good Projects 4. Probably the best company In India in the domain 5. Lots of onsite opportunities 6. Helpful colleagues

Cons

1. Working hours are generally long. Work-life balance =0 2. Company was tier 1 supp. now has become tier 2 3. Not good for starting your career- no training as such, exposure is also limited 4. People have always been pushed ahead & given facilities on the seniority basis. real talent is left behind. 5. Career plan is not defined for every employee 6. Less resources & lot of work 7. Management doesn't seem to have a future plan 8. HR policies are there in place but never followed
