Had the chance to work in automobile industry projects, work with big German names OEM clients, witnessing how automobile industry is utilizing software in their daily work. Past years has been great, we had decent bonus and increments, but not really sure about the future. Great WFH culture, probably one of the best in whole Malaysia as of now, superb manager that really cares about us.

Cons

Having enough projects for everyone is challenging in this industry, budget is tight for some project, you might need to wear many hats and work more than you are paid. The things that you can learn and WLB is solely base on which project you are in, not much flexibility to change project.
