Pros

Work culture is good. Can learn more about Postgres.

Cons

There are lot of politics inside the company and only the person favored by the higher management can grow in the career. Interview process is too tiresome. Sometimes HR will update after 2-3 weeks.

* Some very bright people work here * Opportunity to work with some key PostgreSQL community members * Some really great clients to work with

Cons

* Practically hostile to the PostgreSQL community * Rapidly becoming a mini-Oracle * All about the $$ * Absolutely HUGE case of NIH syndrome * Uncommunicative leadership * Everything that is done is done for the financial advancement of upper management

Good pay and perks . Support has a nice atmosphere to wok with

RDBA has lot of heirachy to follow . No Good work except for monitoring Customer . Daily repetitive tasks. Please ask for support team to while applying for EDB else you might end up spoiling skill set and gt into dirty politics.
