      Good Company Good policies , until you resigned Commission calculation for variable payout is quite confusing

      Cons

      EDB. Need to set up the process, and role and responsibilities matrix specially in India. There is lots of things are going on assumptions without accountability.

      - Good products that have great impact on open source & enterprise market. - Great opportunities to explore new technologies & enhance skills set - Bunch of facilities to surface COVID impacts by providing COVID leaves & wellness Fridays which is great to spend long weekends with family each month - Health covers & medical benefits are also great
