- Work on worlds best postgres company - Works on latest technology stacks - Pretty good compensation - Unlike other companies, bonus (variable), health insurance, term insurance, food ..etc are extra benefits which are not part of CTC. - Wellness Friday (Day off once in a month)

Great people, you will get oppertunity to meet and intract with highly technical people. Flexible working hours, Lot of oppertunities to learn and grow within the company. Best HR policies and Employee benifits are as per industry standard.

- well-paying job for a gov role - very unlike a typical gov role, very enterprise-centric and fast-paced - amazing training environment and very developmental

Cons

- long hours - progression depends on whether you get assigned good accounts
