Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at EDB did not meet your expectations. At EDB, we strive to foster a culture of support—both for our employees and our customers—so it’s disappointing to hear you didn’t feel that during your time here. We take concerns about internal support and customer focus seriously. Over the past year, we’ve been making significant efforts to improve cross-functional collaboration, enhance customer engagement strategies, and strengthen internal support systems for our teams globally. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we still have work to do. If you're open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to hear more about your experience so we can continue to learn and improve. Please feel free to reach out to HR. Pros

Still some really good people, but many are leaving. Wellness Fridays

Cons

Terrible new leadership team who have created a very silod, dysfunctional and negative working environment where the majority of employees are miserable every day. Leadership is out of touch and inexperienced. Marketing just created a new website that talks about a product that does not exist and customers have not asked for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback. We truly appreciate your contributions over the past few years and are grateful for your recognition of our compensation, team members, and flexibility with remote work. We’re also sorry to hear about the concerns you've raised. Maintaining a strong culture and a sense of unity is incredibly important to us, and we take feedback like yours seriously. While EDB has grown and evolved significantly, our goal remains to foster an inclusive environment where all employees—regardless of level, location, or background—feel valued and supported. We acknowledge the comments about morale, pressure, and the perception of favoritism or lack of career clarity. These are areas we are actively working on through increased transparency, improved career development frameworks, and a continued focus on leadership accountability. We are also investing in culture-building efforts to reconnect our global teams around our shared mission and values. We’d welcome a deeper conversation if you’re open to it—anonymous or otherwise—so we can better understand your perspective and learn how we can do better. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of EDB.
