Fast paced environment ideal for builders and people who want to make a difference. The organization is flat. You are encouraged to push boundaries and do things differently. Fantastic team spirit! Great healthcare and benefits.

Cons

Growing company without the systems, processes and checks and balances you typically find in bigger organisations.
