Senior engineers are truly world-class; every discussion about architecture, MVCC, the optimizer, or storage teaches you something new. Professional and respectful culture with smooth global collaboration. Clear product direction and long-term technical vision without constant pivots. Excellent remote-work experience with mature, trust-based management.

Cons

Working with a global team sometimes means adjusting to different time zones. The technical bar is high, so new hires may need extra time to ramp up.
