      A league, top notch professionals but a bit outdated in Engineering

      - complex products and customers (EDB tries to compete with big names as Oracle, Databricks, AWS RDS, Mongodb etc) - some top notch professionals from the industry - latest cloud native technologies

      Cons

      - processes are little outdated and sometimes curbersome - lot of politics in some areas
