      Pros

      fantastic work environment with flexibility, remote work, and a supportive culture. The opportunity to work with Postgresql experts and the positive atmosphere make it a great place to grow and develop professionally. Wellness Friday holiday every month is much appreciated,

      Dont rellay have much to say. Most of the feedback gets worked on.

      The beginning of the end.

      Pros

      A really well placed company which was doing everything right and all of a sudden all pros are vanishing. Wellness Friday is still a pro and soon it will vanish too.

      Cons

      A healthy company focused on Postgres and doing excellent in that. all of a sudden started feeling fomo of AI boom all credits to the new management .Now the downtrend for the company has started and that can be seen just by checking the company rating graph here on Glassdoor. Management need to understand that even if changes are needed they need to be gradually introduced with proper thoughtful decisions. Making random restructuring and changing priorities are kids stuff.
