      EDG has always put its employees first. Management has always been thankful for extra effort and hardwork. Promotes an atmosphere that allows employees to take care of their families.

      Pros

      Perfect work-life balance. 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. There are projects that allow you to travel and projects that allow you to stay in the office and you can choose. The culture is great everyone truly care about you. I can come to someone's office 5 times a day and they wouldn't mind at all. Never in 5 years I feel like I don't enjoy working here. Even if the client is tough, the team fully supports you which make it a lot easier.

      Cons

      We are in oil and gas industry so whenever there is a downturn expect to be laid off. However, a lot of former employees come back working after.
